1: The material is too abrasive. The vertical mill grinding roller is a component that directly contacts the abrasive. If the material is poorly grindable, it may cause serious wear on the lining of the grinding roller, causing cracks and broken edges;

2: The balance between the grinding rollers is different. The balance of the grinding roll refers to whether the center line of each grinding roll maintains a uniform horizontal line. If the installation of the grinding disc is uneven or the processing is rough, it may cause the grinding roller to be unbalanced and the grinding roller wears faster during the operation of the grinding machine;

3: The thickness of the material layer is inconsistent. The thickness of the material layer on the grinding table is inconsistent, which may cause abnormal vibration during the operation of the vertical mill. The increased vibration will cause the grinding roller to wear too quickly;

4: installation and routine maintenance are not in place.
