Cement production line (equipment used in cement plant) is composed of series equipment which is produced cement. It is mainly included crusher and prehomogenization, raw material preparation and prehomogenization, decomposition, sintered cement clinker, cement grinding packing.

Cement equipment including cement rotary kiln, cyclone preheater, grate cooler, cement vertical roller mill, slag vertical roller mill, material vertical roller mill.

Rotary cement kiln is the mainly equipment to calcine cement clinker, and used widely in industry of cement, metallurgy, chemical etc. it is composed of kiln body, supporting device, supporting device with gear wheel, drive device, moving kiln head, sealing device for kiln tail, sintering device,etc. The rotary kiln has characteristics of simple structure, reliable operation, easy to control in production,etc.

Cyclone preheater is suitable for all kinds of kiln(shown as product list), on basis of transformation and digestion main equipment of 800t/d and 1000t/d cement clinker introduced by Kawasaki, Japan, we developed 500t/d and 2000t/d five-stage suspension preheater with decomposition furnace. The preheater is widely used in new building and rebuilding of large, medium, small cement plant.

Vertical roller mill (including cement vertical mill, slag vertical mill, material vertical mill) is mainly used in grinding equipment, working principle is rolling through the mill roller and millstone, and to make the product fineness passing through various processes, etc.
