In August 2013, Ningbo Baosteel New Building Material Science and Technology Company made a contract with Xinxiang Great Wall Machinery Company for the annual capacity of 1.50 million tons double-purpose GGBFS Production Line. The whole line is now under the construction as so far.

“Great Wall Machinery is practiced in the management, quality control system and the leads manufacturing experience. The production schedule is short than the expect one. Cooperate with them, we are very assured……”, said by the relative engineer from Ningbo Baosteel, when they are taking the A inspecting for the key equipment manufacturing of the GGBFS Production Line. The plant is a double-purpose production line of 2x600000 tons blast furnace slag, 1x300000 tons steel slag.

As a national GGBFS standard maker, Baosteel invest 5 GGBFS production lines before. The vertical roller mill is supplied by Japan, Loesche and the vrm made by themselves. But because of some reasons, they decide to invest a new project in 2003, which can make them to be a national demonstration production line project in the industry of steels.
