It is important step to know the optical moisture range when they are fed into the grinding mill. It can improve the grinding efficiency greatly. The factors as below may have influence on them.

1. Pay attention on the material fluidity. If the material fluidity is better, it is OK to be moister by feed water. For instance, add the fly ash to the ground granulated blast furnace, the mixing material moved quickly in the grinding mill. At this moment, you don’t need to control the ggbfs moisture containing as strictly as before.

2. If the material has been lay aside for long period, even there is nothing changed on the moisture containing, it is more likely paste grinding.

3. If the grid plate sieves are small and small, it is easy to leads to blocking. Enlarge the grid plate sieve and add a little water into the material can solve this problem better.

4. Add more water, when the wind speed up and temperature rising continued.
