Project introduction: Hebei Aosen Steel cooperates with Xinxiang Great Wall twice and signed two 600000t/a slag powder production line EPC contract. This project adopts the blast furnace gas produced in the iron making process of Aosen Steel as the fuel of hot blast heater, and it not only utilizes the slag, but also re-utilize the exhaust gas, which helps the client to decrease the cost and also decrease the environmental pollution. After this project went into operation, the output of the whole production lien is 110t/h, and the power consumption of the system is 36 KWh/t, and the specific surface area of the slag powder is controlled within 420～500㎡/kg, so the project is highly praised by the client.
