3. Poor quality of lubricating oil

The lubricating oil must be of good quality and high cost performance in order to achieve a certain benefit. The type of lubricating oil is poor, and the lubrication effect is not good, so that a good oil film cannot be formed between the bearing and the slideway. The high temperature of the bearing will seriously shorten the service life of the bearing, lead to waste of materials, seriously affect the progress of the entire project, and reduce the profit of the enterprise.

4. Uneven distribution of grinding materials

Daily observation and recording of the material entering the grinding, it can be found that when the material layer is large, the work of the grinding roller will increase at this time, the corresponding wear will be more serious, and it will also cause the accumulation of the material; after the material enters the grinding, it is easy to deviate from the grinding disc center, resulting in long-term high-load operation of the grinding roller bearings and damage to the bearings.
